Are there any Credit Cards that don’t charge an admin or transfer fee for transferring balances?

Based in UK – want to have a period of at least 9 months of 0% charges – are there any cards that have 0% transfer fees or no admin or other charge?

There are some balance transfer offers out there that don’t charge a fee, but the interest rate typically isn’t 0%, so it’s much the same as having a fee.

For example, a credit card with no fees but 3% APR is the same as a credit card with 0% APR and a 3% balance fee. At least for the initial promotional period.

If the card issuer does charge a fee, you can always ask for them to waive it…
