Rates for credit card processing (Looking for the best prices today)?
I am looking for the lowest rates processing card present credit. Who has them and what are the fees. I own shop sign. Been in business for 10 years. I know that rates consist of at least the following: Monthly Maint. Fee, transaction charges Visa and Mastercard (which is a percentage of sales) Fee for approval. We also process American Express and our customers are demanding that we offer Discover. We do not have Credit Cards in hand, so we are in the punch card card numbers for approval.
Without the card in hand, is probably going to do what is called a MOTO (mail-order phone), and therefore pay the highest rates of 2-3%.
