Who Has The Best Secured Credit Card?

I am attempting to reestablish my credit and improve my credit score. I don’t need a CC, but would like to get some positive history on my credit report. Who offers a legitimate secured card that also reports to the 3 FICO companies?

My brother received his card from findsecuredcards. If I were you, check that list. It has legitimate banks and you should be able to find what you’re looking for.

I personally like the Public card. Has no annual fee and is highly recommended.
