Business Credit Cards Applications

how can a business be scamed with stolen Credit Cards if they are approved?
I have a customer overseas and he emailed me three visa cards and asked me to run them though at 900.00 each till the total of 4500.00 was accepted. He said he has a per use limit on his card and that was the reason. The charges included shipping costs that he wanted put on the card. All three cards failed. I emailed him and he said it was a limit problem and he would have me 3 more numbers at 9:00 and I should put them through right away. It smells like a scam, the ship to destination was Korea through a British shipping company. I know he could change the destination after pick up. What I don’t understand is how does he make money on the deal? The parts are unique to a real odd application. If the cards are put in dispute by a card holder could I get stuck? I would like to burn scum like this is there somthing I could do at my end to fix him if it is a scam
disregarding those answers of how to make money etc etc. the real answer is yes, you just might get burned. If you ship the items (even though the card # cleared, and the real card owner disputes the charge, then you will get a charge back on your account.
If the deal smells fishy (which it does to me) tell the buyer that due to the Homeland Security Act, you can only ship out of the country once payment has been made via wire transfer and your bank has validated the transaction.
