What is the best credit card?

I am 19 years old and I currently have one credit card through my bank, but I think I should get a second one. I know that to build the best credit score, you should never charge more than 35% of your credit limit on each card every month. This is a problem with my one card with $1000 limit because I have charged $800 each of the last 3 months. (I do business for myself and have expenses). My question is: What is the best credit card for me to apply for? I would like something with the best rewards, and the best overall benefits. I do not want to pay an annual fee. APR doesn’t matter too much to me since I always pay my bill in full.

If you run a small business you might want to apply for a business credit card, or if you are a college student you might want to apply for one of those. It really just comes down to what you want in a credit card.
