Different shipping address and billing address on paypal?
First, let me refer to this question asked by another person:

I have basically the same problem except:
- That when I check the pay pal alternate confirmed address, it said for US accounts only, so is there no other way for it to work on a Canadian account?
- Instead of using a confirmed address (which will usually require you to enter a credit card billing address to confirm it on pay pal), say you want to buy a gift for a friend and have it shipped to them. But you pay for the bill yourself, how would you be able to confirm your friend’s address? (even though you know where it is)

just ask the seller before you buy it now or bid if they will send it to a different address because it is a gift. I did once and they sent it to my sister in mn and i am in wy.
