Help with Capital One Credit Card online application?
I’m 18 years old and are applying for a capital one credit card. One of the required fields is if i rent or own a home and how much my rent/mortgage is. The problem is I still live at home. My sister had a capital one card before she moved out so why is it a required field for me?
I just want to build credit so that i’ll be able to rent an apartment someday. I’m pretty responsible for my age. Im only just turned 18 have over $3,000 in savings and i worked for every penny of it.
They are trying to figure out how much debt you can handle.

Enter the amount you pay your folks, which I assume is zero.
Be careful with credit. Look around at the devastation in this country and realize that it is the direct result of too much credit and not enough self-control.
