Chase Credit Cards Online Account Access
Anyone use Chase Credit Card services online? I can’t get into my account..?
I’ve had my Chase Visa for 2 years and always pay the full balance on time. I use the web site to view my account, check my statements, and make payments. Now all of a sudden it says I don’t have an available account! I can sign in, but when I try to view my account or payments, it says:
Currently, the type of account(s) you have at Chase is not available for access through Chase Online.
and:
You don’t have access to any services..
What is going on? Can someone help me before I have to make that dreadful phone call to India?
Try going to chase.com and accessing it that way…I just checked and I can get access. I had problems using my normal shortcut today and yesterday for some reason…perhaps they redid things?
