I paid a credit card and Chase made a mistake.?

I had paid the bill online before using another bank account. I opened a new persecution and has twice paid my credit card to expel the old bank and the bank Chase. It was a huge pay me at my bank overdraft of age who did not have it expect. I am mad because I did not want to admit their error and have now waited for my checks clear and a plan to close the account. They do not want to close your account. They are not friendly in the window. The woman I spoke to the double payment on the phone was rude and obnoxious and just want out of this account. Now they want to talk to me before closing the account. Why?
