Help with bad credit?

basic story is that I'm one year old college student of 19 with about $ 3,000 in card debt credit. I have three cards with $ 1,000 each. My bank just screwed me over a deposit is not yet clear BC in time and hit me 7 $ 35 fees, so I'm really bad. I have a phone bill more than $ 75 due and overdue payments for each card in amounts of $ 50, $ 225 and $ 75. Any idea how I can I get out of this mess. File for bankruptcy. Not really. Call your bank and have to reverse some of the charges, save your money and pay I can, pay the minimum each and better manage your money. That's the best you can do so immediately. If things go bad, explain to creditors that you need longer and to ask for payment plans (one level below the bankruptcy.)
