Credit Checks / Classification in Dubai?

I'm considering moving to Dubai. I have a pretty poor credit history in the United Kingdom since some time ago, but I'm in a good job now on (and have a similar job in Dubai) where you can afford to repay loans or cards, etc, but takes time Amen to here. I worry that if I move out to Dubai, can not get some help I need first to cover so if you check my history of the United Kingdom. Does anyone have any information about credit checks in Dubai and if they take into account the previous debts and problems in the UK? main reasons is the poor rating lack of payments, direct debits, etc, but I never had any default or against me, just some bumps and bad.
