What is the best way to tell my parents that want a product to get rid of my man breasts?
I want to break the news and have at least as awkward as possible. I would buy it myself, but I need a credit card and get it sent to my crib. Any help is gladly accepted
There is no way that a person can lose weight on particular parts of the body, you can lose weight in general and this will reduce the effects but if you have boobs the man who is fat and you can not lose fat in specific areas, when diet and do cardiovascular exercises to lose weight overall. But you can not do sit-ups or squats and getting a fat belly, the better the abdominal muscles but the fat of the muscles will still be there, jogging and eating better is the only form (i have large nipples, lol, i do my best, but it is hard to fight your genes, but can not lose hope)
