About to turn 18 and want to establish credit. What is the best deal on Credit Cards?

I have been receiving credit card offers in the mail and I have no idea who is the better deal. I do not understand anything really about the interest and the APR or anything … Can anyone help?

Check the interests of each credit card before using it. Can vary greatly. Chase is pretty good find. Sears is horrible, and many others.
