Where can I buy Rise Of The Ogre by Groillaz?

I’m a big Gorillaz fan and I’d like to buy their biography, Rise Of The Ogre, but I live in belgium and they don’t sell the book here. My parents don’t want me to buy it online because they don’t feel like giving their credit card info to the internet (and I can’t blame them). Have you any idea of where I can get it? And if I want to buy it in the UK, do they simply sell it in any bookstore? thx

I had gotten mine in a book store, (but Im also in america) and they had one copy left. so I would recromend ordering online. even if your parents wont let you, go to some place that may be able to order it for you. so then that way, you can give the store cash, they call when it gets there, and you have your copy without using your credit card!
