Will I be deported from unpaid credit card bills from the Philippines?
i without paying your credit card in the Philippines and am currently in Australia. I am planning to pay for them, it's just that I have no money yet. I have fears that it could ask the immigration to deport me for those Bills
I do not think so. He had a huge credit in England but I moved to the U.S.. I never paid on credit and has been about 2-3 years. Even a month ago I went back to England for a week to see my family, and I was a little afraid that the police will be waiting at the airport to my credit, but no. So do not think they'll do anything. They might not even know you are in Australia. Banks and immigration do not work together. The bank only thing I could do is take their stuff (like the house / car / etc.) But if really worried, call your bank and tell them you do not have the money right now, but you will pay.
