Is it possible to file a chapter seven bankruptcy five years after you filed previously.?
Five years ago this month, I filed a chapter seven bankruptcy action. After rebuilding my credit, I find myself in financial straits with Credit Cards, due to unforeseen medical problems.
Is it possible to file again?
You can not file another Chapter 7 until 8 years after the previous filing. You can file for Chapter 13 as previously mentioned.
