I was 4 days late in paying my credit card was declined my credit scored a lot?

I filed for bankruptcy in 1999 and since then have really tried to get my bills paid on time to restore my credit. I had this credit card for three years and was never late. This month was crazy and somehow I forgot. Is this as big of a deal about my credit rating?
