If I have Bad Credit in Canada and move to the Uk while I have bad credit there?

I am moving to the UK from Canada and leaving a few bills behind in canada which will cause me to have bad credit here. Will that affect my credit report in the UK? I want to be able to have a bank account with credit card debit card and cell phone.

I am from britain & I can tell you right now that when you go there you will zero credit rating, so it may be difficult to get credit but not impossible. The debts you leave in canada will stay here, when you apply for credit in britain they will not be recorded on any credit agency.
