What prepaid Visa or Mastercard Canadian I can get that is totally free of charge?
I am looking for a Canadian prepaid Visa or Mastercard, which is not has established fees, no monthly, weekly or annual fees. There is no charge for ATM withdrawals, or the purchasing card charges. Just 100% free. I do not know if there is one, but I have no money to pay the fees, but I want to build credit.
