Which bank is best & which is worst, for Credit Cards…out of this list?

Chase Bank,
CitiBank,
First PREMIER Bank,
SBC Bank,
Orchard Bank,

American Express (AMEX) and Citibank are good including their services too.
These are the banks I am using right now, I’ve tried other banks but mostly are not that good specially if you are going out of the country.
