Ok so I have a secured credit card $ 2,000 Bank of America May 2007 and I've been using and paying on time since then with no late payments or exceeding my limits. I decided to do business on citibank instead of Bank of America all my savings and checking accounts with Citibank is the only thing I have with Bank of America credit card is guaranteed $ 2,000.
