HELP! Im talking to a guy on the internet that has stole someones credit card.He doesnt know I know.What to do

This person Bought an item off ebay from me and payed through PayPal.He asked to ship it to Ukraine.I new it was suspicious so I Got the address off PayPal and looked up the phone number and called the person at the Verified address which is in Florida.The lady new nothing of the purchase she the contacted her credit card and they infact had the purchase on there.She canceled her card.Now im talkin to the guy and hes wanderin when I will ship the item.Is there a way to catch him legaly.

You did the sale outside of eBay, so reporting it to eBay will not do any good. You should, however, report it to PayPal (even though this lady likely did already).

As to other places to report it – report it to whomever you like, but they will never catch this person. He is not who he says he is, and the address you have is not his.

If you shipped an item to him, he likely has the address held at the post (who will do all deliveries) and he will do a “pickup” – or he will offer some poor villager a “percentage to recieve a package from a relative in the US”.

The CIA/FBI/US Post/nor-anyone-else will actually investigate this in Ukraine, and even if they did, they would not get Ukraine to prosecute him (for reasons I won’t go into here).

Also, seems strange you ask about catching this guy and being so honest here, yet in your other post on Y-Answers, you talk about having transferred the money to your bank account already and ask if it can be taken back if you ship the item… hmm… want your cake and eat it too?
