Whats the difference between the American Eagle Visa Card and The American Eagle Credit Card?

I’m 14, and we were learning in school about your debit/Credit Cards. What is the difference in this case, between the visa and American Eagle credit card? I’m a guy, but don’t you have to be 18 for the new visa card? I do shop at AE alot, and may be getting a girlfriend soon, plus I will be a freshman this fall… I would be intrested in The American Eagle Visa Card. Would I put under my parents name? I go to Bank of America, so would it come from my savings? Is there a program I may be intrested at Bank of America? I have also heard of The Visa Buxx, which is a Prepaid Teen Visa Card. Can I get both The Visa Buxx and American Eagle Visa Card? Can you only use the American Eagle Visa Card at American Eagle? What do you recommend for me? Any feedback is fine… Thanks!
If you get the American Eagle Visa Card can you have it in your parents credit, but have your name on the card?

A credit card with a Visa or Master Card logo can be used anywhere gas station, grocery store, movie theater, etc. If the card only says GAP for instance it can only be used in GAP stores (and it’s affiliates old navy and banana republic). Same for American Eagle.
EDIT: OK just read your entire question if I knew then what I know now about credit I would’ve bypassed almost all the cards I have now. CREDITORS are EVIL and credit its also if not maintained properly you’ll have enough debt form any school loans you may take out when you graduate college don’t add Credit Cards to that as well.
