Can you use prepaid Credit Cards (purchased) for a chain store is used to pay for purchases on ebay?
Already learned Now that they will not allow this type of cards to be used (linked to a paypal account), but I noticed many sellers are still allowing purchases credit card … so will these work to purchase items on eBay? I will not get a paypal account attached to my bank and money orders will no longer accept so this seems to be a viable alternative or not?
