now I know I need a card secured credit, what bank?

Thanks to all who responded to my previous messages. so, with the information they gave, now I know I need to get a card secured credit to rebuild my credit. unfortunately the bank I go, U_S BANK, does not accept applications that have a bankruptcy listed on your credit report, even a 4 years ago. Do you know of any banks still accept applications for secured credit card real people who have had a bankruptcy?
