Do you have to have a bank account with Wells Fargo for Secured credit card? Bank of America and I have had them for 4 years without problems. Love the bank. But they have a high annual fee card Secured credit, so do not want to go through them. Wells Fargo is cheap. I know it can do so online or by phone, but if I went in person give me one without a bank account with them? Thanks!
