Small Business Credit Cards Find

Business Reporting for not paying taxes?
I have a friend who owns a small business. She takes card payments and the tax credit loads of goods sold. I recently found she has not done taxes for the company or herself, in years. She had the store for about six years, the first year taxes were filed but not since then. I do not think this is right. How I can report this? What would happen to her? Do not write comments about how stupid I am not a good friend to report it. Read the question?
