What is the best online service to accept credit or debit card payments?

I opened an online store and offer Google Checkout i, but some of my customers are already having issues with it. Does anyone know any good for other small businesses that need low rates too. Everything else that Google Checkout and PayPal, and must be for the United Kingdom. Thanks in advance!

We use Paypal for some time for our stores online and it worked well. However, as Paypal has a transaction limit of £ 650 that we're moving to NetBanx to avoid problems with customers, in which order over £ 650. They charge a minimum of £ 20 per month and its load percentage is reasonable.
