i missed the payments of unsecured personel loan and credit card payments now bank sent a notice to me …?
i have stopped paying my unsecured personnel loans and creditcard payments since i lost job.
now bank sent a notice to me to appear in court?
kindly suggest me if i dont go to court what will happen…
is there any jail?
