In Need of a loan, single pregnant mom with very bad credit?

My situation is very bad. I am a single mom completely on my own with no family or anything. I have bad credit and know my credit score is under 400. I need a loan without upfront fees or a unsecured credit card. I dont care that the interest is going to be very high i just need financial help.
