Why people love so much of Bank of America’s customer services?
There are other banks that provide a lot better customer services and great offer of checking, saving and Credit Cards such as Wachovia, Washington Mutual or Suntrust. But, why people still choose Bank of America with their arrogant behavior and greediness despite such as buying more and more financial institutions. They bought MBNA, Fleet and they might buy Wachovia one day. I wish government can prevent them(Bank of America) from being monopoly.
Who?? who? and who?….not me. I’ll prefer a smaller bank that needs my business and I get the attention than one where I am just an account numnber & very cold!
